Both Florida markets and the 20 market national composite declined this month. The declines represente the 4th consecutive months of decreasing results for the Miami and 20 market composite indices. January 2010 was the 5th consecutive monthly decline for the Tampa market, which is now at post boom lows.
All markets are now back to mid 2003 price levels.
