Wow!! Another great year for the CB Longboat Key Office. I won't go into all of the office accolades, but suffice it to say that we were:

• The number one office in terms of listings sold on Longboat Key 
• The number one office in terms of total market share on Longboat Key (total buyer controlled sales and listings sold)
• The number one office in terms of property sales over $1MM on Longboat Key.
